Condie Nelson

Nelson is the oldest member of the team at the grand age of 28!
However he is no means ready to retire. He still competes at low level dressage and eventing; but is most definitely not an easy ride. He likes to keep me on my toes but I wouldn’t change him for the world.

Bantry Parks Ransom

Ransom was bought as a three and half year old after only being backed for 6 weeks. He was bred by the late Adele Schardt who ran Somerley Park in Ringwood.
He has proven to be an incredibly challenging horse to look after due to his on going medical issues with his back, pelvis, sacroliliac joint and general hindlimb arthritic changes.
Despite all this and with careful management he successfully evented up to Novice level BE before retiring in 2012 after a rotational fall.
Nowadays he can be seen strutting his stuff in a dressage arena after moving up the levels from Elementary to Advanced Medium with the help of our brilliant trainer Robbie Carpenter. He may be turning 20 this year but he still has so much more to give as a dressage horse, and is the hardest trying horse I know.

Carramore Boy

Finley is the newest addition to the team. I bought him in 2013 to event.
Unfortunately he incurred a suspensory injury six weeks after buying him which meant a lot of box rest and rehabilitation was needed.
I have carefully produced him over the last few years and 2016 was his first year competing BE.
He is an ex racehorse from Ireland and has been described by some as having ADHD! He can sometimes be a handful to deal with at home as hacking is his least favourite hobby; but he is a pleasure to deal with on the ground.
Once at a competition he comes into his own, and he is a fantastic jumper restoring much of my confidence cross country.
